San Francisco: BIXMonday, January 14th, 2013
Great ambiance, friendly service and free live jazz. Doesn’t that sound like a great Sunday night chill spot? We introduce you to BIX in San Francisco’s charming Jackson Square. This secretive lounge is pretty hard to find giving it a feel of an old speakeasy. Just look out for the neon signs leading to a two-story dining room.
Since 1988, BIX has been well known for offering the Bay Area’s best jazz musicians. However, they also serve a lot of classic cocktails and we would like to recommend their signature Sidecar martini. Furthermore, if you are a smoker, this supper-club will be heaven for you being that majority of the seats allow smoking. Sit back, relax and enjoy the old-fashion décor while smoking a good cigar.
Bix, 56 Gold Street, San Francisco, CA 94133; 415-433-6300.
