Los Angeles: Corner DoorMonday, January 28th, 2013
Let’s welcome Culver City’s newest addition to their neighborhood of restaurants, Corner Door. This little gastropub has a modern décor of red brick and dark wood. A nice cozy spot for drinks and small flavorful bites.
Seems like the main dish everyone talks about at this West LA bar is the Brussels-sprouts. Weird huh? Remember the days your parents had to force you to eat all your vegetables? Apparently, people are begging for them at Corner Door as they top them off with a delicious Asian based sauce.
Now on to the drinks portion of the menu. We recommend the Improved Whiskey Cocktail which is a mix of Old Overholt rye, angostura bitters, maraschino liqueur, and simple syrup.
The Corner Door, 12477 W Washington Blvd Los Angeles, CA 90066; 310-313-5810.
