Detroit’s newest lounge is not open to the public just yet, but a few people had a chance to enjoy the soft opening. So far, so good for Downtown Louie’s Lounge. There weren’t any complaints only compliments on how unique the interior is. The lounge features a walk-in wine cellar above the bar, which is perfect for storing wine at the right temperature.
They have brought Miami to Detroit… well The Old Miami that is. This dive bar may remind you of your grandpa’s basement, but for the Miami people it’s the norm from Hialeah. The décor consists of war memorabilia and random couches that set the mood for a comfortable and laid back vibe.
$2 beer bottles? Now it makes sense why Green Dot Stables is one of the most popular restaurants in Detroit.
